The hotel is located in Kals am Großglockner in Tyrol at an altitude of 1350 m. It is situated right next to the piste and in the middle of the hiking area, providing easy access to the Hohe Tauern National Park.

The hotel features a reception area available from 07:00-23:00, a restaurant, bar, wine cellar, library, and Wi-Fi throughout the resort for free. There is also a delicatessen, sport shop (with ski rental), and ski school available on site. The hotel grounds are car-free, but a free underground parking space is allocated per hotel room and chalet with the option to choose your own space. There are charging stations for electric cars in the underground car park.

For children, there is a Gradonna Natur Kids Club available six days a week from 09:00-21:00 for children aged three years and up. There is also a daily teen program for young people aged 12 and over, babysitting services upon request and for a fee, and a separate children's area in the restaurant with children's equipment such as changing mats, baby monitors, high chairs, and a children's menu. The hotel also features a family indoor pool with a small slide, family sauna, and steam bath.

The hotel's 3000 m² wellness area is included in the room rate for hotel guests and Chalet Deluxe guests. It includes an indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, sauna area (for guests aged 16 years and up), 2 Finnish saunas, 3 steam baths, an infrared cabin, as well as a sauna pool and fresh air zones.
